Frequently Asked Questions - Process

Your results data and any reports are stored and backed up on our servers for 30 days for your private download.  Subscribing clients are able to access and download past and current results from their private control panel.

Projects and tasks are executed according to a previously agreed schedule.  This might be one-time, daily, weekly or monthly.  Timing shorter than one day or longer than one month may also be doable, subject to requirements evaluation and agreement.

Provision for client-triggered task execution, via the client area of the Aware Research web site, is on our list of things to do.

If you wish to change any details of a task, including its scheduling, send us an email with your request and we'll respond within one business day.
